RIMTech, Chandigarh is the official training and sourcing partner for Innovation Technology By Design Pvt Ltd. RIMTech is assisting ITBD in hiring system engineers from various colleges/Universities.
Innovation Technology By Design Pvt Limited (ITBD) is a US based company having offices in Chandigarh IT Park and Noida. The company is in the process of hiring system engineers as a part of their business requirement.

THE TRAIN AND HIRE MODEL FOLLOWS THIS APPROACH

  • Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria as per the job description will be selected based on following selection criteria :

    • – Initial group screening based on communication skills
    • – Face to face interview

  • Candidates who clear the ITBD assessment as above would be given conditional offer letters wherein it would be specified that “they will join ITBD, subject to completion of the training at RIMTech.”
  • Selected candidates will be trained at RIMTech, Chandigarh for 150 hours on technologies (Windows Server,Networking,VMWare,Exchange Server etc) and soft skills specified by ITBD. The training cost will be borne by the candidates. This training cost will be charged by RIMTech.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: System Engineer

The System Engineer position, reporting directly to the Technical Team Lead, investigates and resolves elementary software and hardware issues remote support with assistance from seasoned engineers. This primarily includes troubleshooting on desktops, printers,Windows servers, Microsoft office 365, firewalls and mail servers, monitoring backups.The System Engineer is also responsible for service request management, working directly with the enterprise end users assisting in support and implementation of technology solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) and MCA.
  • 55 % or above with no active backlogs.
  • 2017 pass outs can also apply.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player but should also understand the importance of individual contributions.
  • Self-motivated and directed, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including nights
