What is block inheritance in group policy?
The Block inheritance GPO option blocks the group policies inheriting from the top level, and takes effect of this present GPO. If you select Block inheritance at OU level then no policy from the Domain level, or Site level or local policy will not applied to this OU.
What does the enforced option do in group policy?
This prevents child containers from overriding policies set at higher levels. Enforced takes precedence over Block Inheritance so if a child container has Block Inheritance set but on the parent a group policy has enforced set then it will get applied.
